A very juicy filling made from pork and beef, seasoned with traditional Georgian spices. Garlic, coriander and pepper bring out the best qualities of the meat. The dumpling dough, cooked in water, keeps its shape perfectly and allows the dumpling filling to retain the broth inside.

Filling 60%: pork 25%, pork fat 20%, water, onions, beef 13%, EGG white mass, SOY sauce (water, salt, SOY beans, WHEAT flour, sugar, maltodextrin), salt, garlic granules, coriander, pepper mixture. Dough 40%: WHEAT flour, water, rapeseed oil, salt.
