Ingredients:
Dough 50% (a.r. WHEAT flour, water, EGG mass, WHEAT gluten, rapeseed oil, salt); CURD filling 50% (9% fat CURD without lactose 85%, water, sugar, semolina, 1.5% fat milk without lactose, salt, flavoring, vanillin).
Instructions for use:
Put frozen dumplings in boiling, salted water. When dumplings rise to the surface, reduce heat and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
Storage conditions:
Do not refreeze thawed product. Storage temperature range: from -18°C to -18°C.
